The Palmetto Company was founded in Spartanburg, South Carolina — a city full of hard-working small business owners with big dreams and limited time. We saw a need: local shops and service providers who want to build their presence online but don’t have the time, tools, or team to do it right.

So we stepped in — not as just another agency, but as a partner who understands what it means to build something from the ground up.

From that Southern soil, we’ve grown a company that’s passionate about helping mom-and-pop shops shine online with clarity, creativity, and consistency.

My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic and a deep sense of determination with values that continue to guide everything I do. I founded The Palmetto Company with a clear mission: to support small businesses the way I saw my own family support one another, with consistency, care, and commitment.

I know firsthand the challenges of juggling responsibilities and trying to “do it all.” That’s why I’m passionate about helping mom-and-pop shops grow online, without losing the personal touch that makes them special.

I didn’t launch this to become a social media agency. I started this because I believe small businesses. They are the backbone of our town, and deserve the same level of strategy and support as big brands. I’m here to serve, support, and help you grow with confidence.

When I’m not helping clients shine on social media, you’ll likely find me enjoying a round of golf, spending quality time with my family, or serving in my church community. My faith, family, and hometown roots are the foundation of everything I do, and I bring those same values into every partnership I build.

  • Nope! While we’re proudly based in Spartanburg, SC, we work with businesses across the U.S. through virtual consultations, Zoom calls, and remote support.

  • No long-term contracts here. We work on a month-to-month basis, because we believe in earning your trust — not locking you in.

  • Yes! We do not offer photography and drone footage services. The service is a FREE add on if you are local. A fee will apply if you are outside of our local area.
